Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms apply to municipal flags ordered directly from Your Flag Factory.

2. Definitions

Your Flag Factory is the international brand of Vlagfabriek and Twilper; the customer is the individual or legal entity placing the order; the product is the ordered flag.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed by email. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the place, size, finishing, quantity and delivery details. Changes are possible until production starts.

4. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made using the offered payment methods. Production does not start without successful payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Delivery takes place at the stated address and risk passes upon delivery.

6. Returns and complaints

Printed flags are made to order and cannot be returned under the standard right of withdrawal. Report a defect or incorrect delivery as soon as possible; justified complaints will be repaired, replaced or refunded as appropriate.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded and limited to the value of the relevant order.

8. Artwork and intellectual property

Municipal artwork is sourced from Wikimedia Commons and used only under licences permitting commercial use. Sources and licences are listed on the attribution page.
